Yes I know this is a duplicate but the other upload has some minor flaws in the video; so if you’re going to be an evangelist like me and show “Fat Head” to your family and friends, then download this version because of it’s perfect quality. The other “Fat Head” is flawed but still quite viewable and smaller. you can download it at the link below: video refutes Morgan Spurlock’s “Super Size Me” but the video is MUCH MUCH more than that! You will see how politics has interfered in science and has wreaked havoc with the American diet. If you’re like me, an overweight libertarian, I promise you will identify with the film maker, and enjoy the humor in the video. More importantly you will be introduced to a more logical and healthy way of living!also at elib, Al Sears, interviewed in “Fat Head” has several books here including “Doctor’s heart Cure” of the Doctors Eades’ books mentioned on “Fat Head are here but one they recommend is” Paleo Diet for Athletes” highly recommend the Movie’s blog http://fathead-movie.com/If you’re like me and love the movie, consider supporting the film maker and buy a copy of the movie to loan to friends or to donate to your local public library!. (Film maker Tom Naughton does a great job parodying scense from “Size Size Me” anyone wanting to see “Supersize Me” can watch it on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d7Tv_mihMBA——————————————————————————————————————————-From http://fathead-movie.com/About the Film Have you seen the news stories about the obesity epidemic? Did you see Super Size Me? Then guess what? … You’ve been fed a load of bologna.Comedian (and former health writer) Tom Naughton replies to the blame-McDonald’s crowd by losing weight on a fat-laden fast-food diet while demonstrating that nearly everything we’ve been told about obesity and healthy eating is wrong. Along with some delicious parody of Super Size Me, Naughton serves up plenty of no-bologna facts that will stun most viewers, such as: The obesity “epidemic” has been wildly exaggerated by the CDC. People the government classifies as “overweight” have longer lifespans than people classified as “normal weight.” Having low cholesterol is unhealthy. Lowfat diets can lead to depression and type II diabetes. Saturated fat doesn’t cause heart disease — but sugars, starches and processed vegetable oils do.
