Great collection of affirmations, binaural beats, nature sounds, etc…It includes a really usefull guide on subliminals and how to create them.it is supposed to be used with a program called cool edit which is included in the product but i thought it would be better to use adobe audition 3.0 so you also get a portable version of it.I use that to make positive changes like lose weight , be succesfull etc… but i also use it for fun like make someone scratch his ear,get up and start walking (it’s really cool to use with a friend).The possibilitties are endless use this wisely.*Adobe Audition 3.0(Yes you can play songs backwards too!)
