That is the ONLY type to get, as there is one made of a petroleum base and is the wrong type.   She suggests using it on sugar cubes but the cubes we buy here are not large enough.  it is best to use plain white sugar right off a spoon.  the trick–as she shows in one of the vids–is to ALWAYS have some dry sugar.  Put the sugar on the spoon, pour on the turp.  If you get too much turp and all the sugar is wet, just keep adding sugar on top until some shows dry.  Also it is really good to do the pre-diet before starting the turp just to make sure you don’t detox too fast.
