This was my first purchase to understanding more about Raw food and the truth about whole enzyme active & unadulterated live/living foods.  Too Funny…  it’s a known marketing technique to use the number 7  rather than the numbers 9, 5 or Zero… it’s supposed to scream value. Not such a professional package but the information holds weight(minus the Jared(Dead food) spaghetti sauce in her video LOL)Laura also supports Dr. Robert Young and speaks highly of Ann Wigmore.  I agree With Dr. Young as blood microscopy is amazing at looking at ones history and current blood cell results to track progress. In The end everything breaks down to blood… Also good to know weather it is regular/thin or not so great & thick and sticky. Young just needs to factor in calories and a diet plan into his regime rather than all the avocados you can eat or what not (I love an accountable/liable mentor)  .
