These are bagua instructional videos ripped from Ken Gullette’s Internalfightingarts.com.This is not the best bagua you’re going to see in your life, but they’re probably the best martial arts instructional videos made by a TV weatherman that you’ll come across this week.  There’s some worthwhile stuff in there, if you already have a grounding in bagua or other martial arts styles to make sense of it.  How to do some exercises for coordination, fighting applications, a few forms, etc. He does a good job of breaking things down and explaining them.  But, don’t expect to get your mind blown.I sought it out because I haven’t been able to find any instructional DVDs covering tea serving exercises – and he goes through it better than anything else I’ve found.  I ripped these off of internalfightingarts.com.  If you like what you see, you can get a free 2 week trial membership.This includes videos for:Bagua BasicsBagua Fighting8 Basic Palms8 Main PalmsElk Horn KnivesPoll ExercisesTea Serving ExercisesOnce other people are seeding these, I’ll upload some of his qigong and internal power generating videos
