People say that judging is wrong and that everyone is equal. The more you allow those frames to be a part of how you think then you will be screwed. You will be finding your self being like everyone one else instead of being part of THE BEST. The people at the top of the food chain are constantly looking at where to improve, what things are wrong and how to fix them. This means that if someone doesn’t have the same values they get rid of them and if that they need to make judgement calls all the time to SUCCEED in ALL ASPECTS of LIFE.
