The days I devote the first 1% of my day (AKA 15 minutes) to writing in her fill-in-the blanks template for miracles, I feel good by the time I finish and the remaining 99% of my day flows with ease, regardless what happens. As someone who’s dealt with over a decade of clinical depression, I found Jacquelyn’s book more effective in lifting my mood than the anti-depressants I no longer need to take. I credit working with the concepts and exercises in Jacquelyn’s books (along with those of Esther Hicks and Louise Hay) with saving my life.This book changed my life in the best way possible. Do the writing for 30 days and see how your outlook, attitude and happiness level changes. This book contains universal truths that successful people have know forever. I like also that it lets you fill in the blank for who you pray to. I went from debt to owning my own business and building my sustainable dream home in just a few years.
