Total Fitness WorkoutModel and actress Kathy Ireland joins Aerobics Champion Tim Green in this series of total body exercises that focuses on aerobics and upper and lower body routines.  Total workout time is around 1:10, the first half consisting of Aerobics, second half Total Body Conditioning, and final segment a short Q&A session.  The workout is interesting enough to keep you from getting bored, yet can be done in a small apartment space, no need to go to a gym.  The only recommended items for the Total Body Conditioning segment is a chair and a mat or a towel.  The perfect workout for when you’re house-bound for whatever reason.
