I noticed other users uploading these sessions, so I figured I’d add to their efforts by uploading the ones they missed. I’ll split them up so I can do the presentation nicely.Udaya and Venice Beach/Yoga Collective have a 12USD monthly subscription that gets access to their video collection, yoga sessions from their instructors and guest instructors. These are high quality HD 720p videos. Maybe we should do a GB sometime and get the whole collection? It requires good balance, hip flexibility, core strength and open shoulders. A good way to practice King Dancer pose is to use a strap, however a strap is optional. King Dancer improves balance, focus, and opens up your shoulders (and heart!).Source: UdayaPersonally, I think Dancer poses are some of the most annoying asanas, requiring focus, balance AND flexibility. I’d rather do a Scorpion than a Dancer. This one, however, was pretty mild, and only a few minutes of the entire session. The rest was a standard, slow-paced Power Yoga session. Although Alyssa could really have used a glass of water, poor thing kept clearing her throat.
