This book is the basis for the National Guild of Hypnotists foundational training and every hypnotist should be familiar with it. Some may find parts of the book to be somewhat dated but that is to be expected since it is more than sixty years old, but this book is filled with good information and I have much more respect for Harry Arons as a hypnotist than I did prior to reading this work and I recommend it to anyone with a general interest in hypnotism.***I just finished reading it…I put myself into a trance last night….I couldn’t open my eyes! I can’t wait to try this more!
