This is a “cleaned up” version of the following David X eBook: may know more details, but the original seemed to be “half finished” and not a finalized eBook.  There were a lot of duplicate paragraphs as well as sloppy formatting.  I cleaned up most of the duplication, reorganized it slightly, and fixed some of the major typos.Hope you enjoy.  It’s a book that I like, so I thought it deserved a nicer version.  And even if you don’t, I don’t care what you think and I’m the most important person in this relationship.Credit the anonymous poster for the original and the anonymous person who condensed Alan Roger Currie’s Mode One book for giving me the idea.
