This is part of the ‘New Hypnotherapy Series’ by Paul McKenna. He gives some tricks to get more out of your brain, specifically to learn things easier and more efficiently. First part of the video is him talking a little bit about how the mind works, in the second part he brings you in a hypnotic trance.I also made a MP3 rip of the video, dividing it in two parts, for easier use.
