This is my personal recording using the Dave Elman induction and techniques to achieve a very deep level of relaxation – the Esdaile state.I tested it personally and found it extremely relaxing.The recording does not include emerging suggestions, so, be sure when you listen that you have plenty of time and that you will not be disturbed.I am very interested in your feedback and/or suggestions.Thanks,Antikom
