This is an audio file that first of all gets you into a very relaxed state. Once that is achieved it opens your subconcious and concious mind futher to feed it some affirmations. I found it very very good. After it was done, i wept a little tear because one of the affirmations hit home with me. My heart was full of love. I liked this alot. Good for building self esteem.
