I was ripping a couple of DVDs I’ve had for a few years for a guy & so thought I’d let you enjoy them as well (both powerlifting-see my next up as well if you like PLing).  Brad is a genetic freak who is drug-free & can not only lift like a machine, but has an awesome grip.  Bare in mind the guy is not in the ‘average’ category when it comes to strength, as his brother is also a freak of nature, but there is some good stuff on this video you might find useful.I found this link for a short write-up
