I’ve had these tracks for a long time, since I first heard of Katie.  I think I got them from tapes I bought at one of her events.  The recordings are good one and it’s Katie at her best – working with the audience.  Working with jealousy, anger and all the other emotional baggage we bring.  Doesn’t matter what the issue is, you can follow along working on your unquestioned thought.Approx 70 minutes total running time.
