Carlos Castaneda – The Art of Dreaming
The Art of Dreaming
[1 PDF]
Description
Carlos Castaneda was a hugely influential explorer of personal development, fringe consciousness and non-ordinary states. He is sometimes said to be the founder of the New Age movement. Through a series of ten books, he explored the path to becoming what he called a ‘sorcerer’ or a ‘person of knowledge’. He claimed (probably falsely) to have been taught the gnostic tradition of the Yaqui Indians by an old shaman called Don Juan Matus. The Art of Dreaming is the ninth book in the series. It describes how DOn Juan teaches Castaneda to control his dreams and use them as a vehicle to travel the astral realm, meet guides, gain knowledge and overcome enemies.
