And finally, a much deserved stretch.The equipment needed for this workout is a standard step (6 to 8 inches), a set of light, moderate, and heavy dumbbells, a barbell with adjustable weight, and a stability ball.For an optimal workout experience, watch the workout one time through before participating so that you are prepared for some of the more intricate footwork in certain sections of the workout.Body Max 2 is 97 minutes long and features a warm up, a high intensity solid step segment, a cardio leg blast segment, an all upper body ( moderate to heavy weight) workout, a super tough core segment, and stretch. This is definitely an “eat your wheaties” workout! A step, hand weights, weighted barbell, and resistance band will be used in this workout.
