I actually WROTE this. This is a elib Exclusive, so don’t share it anywhere else.These are some notes I took while watching the Badboy seminar clip . If you like them, definitely check out the video since each one of us is different and faces different challenges.  I just noted the things that made sense to me as an individual and I may have neglected information that could be potentially useful to you, although I think it’s a pretty good overview.  In order to make this more readable, the notes do not follow the seminar structure.  I may release updates of this in the future, and if you think that I missed anything, please inform me so I can include it.
