From the creator of the well-received grappling program, “The Kimura Trap System”, this new program is a lecture / seminar presentation on mental and psychological factors involved in performance and competition. This was supposed to be a nine-part DVD series with book and journal, but to the best of my knowledge, this is what was actually released.
