This file kicks ass!  I just got it last night and tried it this morning.  It’s kind of a guided process like some of the more interesting hypnosis products out there but it uses the EMDR technology.  I always thought EMDR needed visual stimulation but this MP3 does an amazing job by having a noise switch between headphone channels.  Who ever created this is very knowledgable and talks about what is happening is that you are making your life force flow more freely.  It is very true.  I feel great after listening to this.
