This follow-along program is the closest thing to being there—join 20 enthusiastic attendees as Liv takes them through some of the major prep. exercises for one of the Holy Grails of gymnastics: the Pike (for Yogis, *Paschimottanasana*, or forward bend over straight legs).Part of the rationale behind these “theme” classes is to help a user to know exactly what elements from Master the Pike he/she needs to concentrate on. Once you have an idea of what is holding you back, go to the relevant Mastery program, and work on those elements—this is far and away the most efficient way to become flexible. This can save you money, too; if you only need two elements, just buy those.Please let us know about the new ‘black & white’ look, too—we like it, but want to hear what you think.
