I recently got a job at the LCBO and am required to learn about Wine, Beer, and Spirits. They gave me these interactive training CDs to learn from, along with a bunch of books.  I’ve uploaded the CDs only because the books have very similar and maybe only slightly more detail. This information will help you choose the correct wine for the meal you are serving, the right mix for the right liquor or liqueur, and help you become familiar with the beers of the world along with much, much more.Enjoy.
