He works with with a synthesis of learnings based on EMDR, Ericksonian hypnosis, narrative therapy, client-centered therapy and body-centered therapy. “My review: EMDR is an empirically validated method for treating post-traumatic stress disorder that is more and more being used by mainstream therapists to treat anxiety and depression. It works by having people imagine the anxiety situation while receiving alternating bilateral stimulation (either moving the eyes from side to side following a therapist’s finger, or having the therapist tap on alternating sides of the body). The first file combines EMDR with traditional hypnosis and NLP techniques like creating a safe place and aligning you with your higher self or inner advisor and soothing colors and sensations; it makes you feel safe and focused and secure enough to confront the anxiety in the second part. The second audio combines EMDR with body energy meditation and positive hypnotic suggestions to deal with specific anxiety-producing situations.The suggestions in the second part help you unlock your innate evolutionary potential for acting with confidence and adapting to situations, and so this goes well with evolutionary psychology approaches to inner game, especially The Blueprint Decoded. The body energy meditation provides a mildly hypnotic, EMDR-aided version of the meditation popularized by Eckhart Tolle / Tyler Durden and the Zen derived version presented by Ross Jeffries in Nail Your Inner Game. The focus on body energy makes it a little similar to Hypnotica’s Attractor Factor, but the Attractor Factor puts me into a much deeper trance state and doesn’t address anxiety situations, whereas I remain fully conscious listening to these.  I find that that listening to this also improves my ability to do unaided body energy meditation and trains my body-mind to transition from negative stress energy to calm positive ecstatic energy.                EMDR is traditionally done either using eye movement from side to side or tapping on alternate sides of the body, but most computer screens don’t provide the full range of eye motion necessary unless you press your face to the screen (risking eye strain) and the physical tapping machines sold for home EMDR use can’t exactly be uploaded. One of the interesting things about these audios is that I find my eyes reflexively moving from side to side with the alternating beats, and I can feel the pulses resonating inside my head on alternate sides.
