TRAINERS’ REFLECTIONSAs a way to support Neuro-Semantic NLP Trainers one of the decisions wemade at the Leadership Summit in January of 2010 was to start a series ofReflections for Trainers. I had been doing this for the international egroup(Neurons) for 3 years, and the Coaches egroup for one or two years, but only Ihad only been sending ongoing supporting posts to the Trainers.So beginning in 2010 I asked Colin Cox and Omar Salom to contribute alongwith me a post every week to the Trainers’ egroup. This is the first posts thatwe wrote for the Trainers’ Reflections.
