It has been converted to Audiostrobe, therefore can be used on any mind machine that supports the Audiostrobe format.Starts at 14 Hz for the first minute before rising to 18 Hz over the next minute.Then descends to 10 Hz over 5 minutes and remains in high Alpha for the next 9 minutes before rising to 18 Hz for the last minute.There is a 10 second silence at the beginning of the session allowing you to get comfortable before the session starts.Can also be used without a L & S device as the pulsing tones will have an entrainment effect, but more effective with a Audiostrobe compatible AVS system, due to the flashing light element.The magic of AudioStrobe is optimized to be utilized in conjunction with a Light and Sound machine that supports the AudioStrobe format.
