This product is a elib.tech Exclusive.This book is the text companion to the audiobook product() .It is a 1-1 transcription of the audiobook, i.e. each chapter in this bookcorresponds to it’s respective MP3 audio file in the above linked audiobook.It differs quite a lot to the already uploaded PDF version()  and EPUB version()  , which lack whole paragraphsincluded in the audiobook. Note that the audiobook however itself lacks the appendix and other extras fromthe books.I have included the Markdown format source of the book, from which you can usea tool such as  Pandoc (http://johnmacfarlane.net/pandoc)  to convert to EPUB,LaTeX and many formats, including Kindle using  KindleGen(http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html?ie=UTF8&docId=1000…) .The PDF version here was compiled using the following arguments to Pandoc:Quote:        –chapters –toc
