Hey guys, I watched these videos 3-4 times each, whilst trying to distill the information into chunks that you can use now.  I wanted to help people as much as possible, and help prevent them from watching 2 hours worth of material that could of been expressed in 20-30 minutes.As such I am providing my notes for you.Ratio donations would be nice, as I have spent 8-12 hours working on this.
