These are my notes for the Mark Cunningham DVDs Introduction to Hypnosis.I decided to upload the notes, rather than posting them to the forum, because I am going to share my notes on several Mark Cunningham products, and the notes for each set of products are very long.  Posting them to the forums with underlining and bolding takes longer, and I thought a downloaded version would make them more easily useable to most people.
