Paul Zaichik- Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Splits and FlexibilityThis is, IMHO, one of the best DVDs on getting flexible and getting into the splits I have ever seen. I could get into the splits before I saw, and practiced, what was on this DVD. Still, while other DVDs are of great use- this one has exercises I have never seen used as lead up drills for flexibility training (lunges with upper body rotation side to side and then back to a fixed lunge- that is very helpful for me) . The information he gives is right on point.Paul Zaichik is in shape. He knows WTF he is relaying information wise. He sounds and looks like a chess club dork however! Still… the insight he gives in gold. Overlook the fact that he is a nerd and has a weak voice.This is 2 hours of amazing info that can help you big time! It did me.Some Amazon reviewers bitch that he just went through his stretching routine. That is bullshit! He gives you the exercises step by step, he tells you why they work, he gives hints and insights, he shows a bunch of moves – again with commentary- that let up increase your flexibility and so on. This is informative and packed with practical ways to improve your level of suppleness.This DVD was pricey. I was a bit put off by the cost. Money is not an issue for me, still for what other DVDs on stretching are going for I was a bit confused at first as to why the price was way north of the others. After I saw this I know why- this one works very well and structured  in ways not too many others are.
