Robert Dos Remedios or Coach Dos, if you haven’t heard of him is the strength coach for teams at the College of the Canyon in California. Recently, he’s seen a lot of exposure, touring on the Perform Better Circuit, educating around the US on something called “Cardio Strength Training.The basis of the programming is interval type training using resitance training as the exercise modality to get heart rates up, take advantage of EPOC, and burn some fat. This library is a huge collection of exercises that can be used in conjunction with that style of training, to train athletes/ regular pop, or just to grab a great workout with some creative tools. This is strength training at it’s best, so watch and learn. Also, as Dos would say “DO WORK”
