I am raw vegan. Before being such i ate at all the trendy and upscale restaurants. Since being raw vegan, many years ago, I have visited as many raw restaurants as I could in many countries. One of the best was Pure Foods in New York, which is also very upscale. I have also had the good fortune to taste literally hundreds of Robin’s recipes – some bombed but were invariably reinvented to be a success.
