Not awful lot of new information here. About half of it is a rehash of Jeffy’s show and bootcamp promotional stuff. I personally liked it because you can develop a strong mindset and he gives you a few of stories you can adapt, modify according to your personality and use it for yourself. But come on 38 megs wont harm your ratio too much might as well download and listen it a couple of times, eh?
