The menus are helpful but I did not follow them exactly having to cook for husband ,who was not wanting to detox,as well as myself .It did help though in that I was more conscious of cutting out both obvious and hidden sugar and counting the days with a goal in mind. Was quite satisfied just eating one piece of chocolate after about four days ,not wanting any more. Worth a try anyway ,so yes, I recommend this book as any encouragement helps.1.0 out of 5 starssugar free…..not my understanding…By rosie on 21 May 2014I think the author is a tad confused about what is meant by sugar free or at least by my reading about it on the internet.Wouldn’t recommend if you are serious about going sugar free.3.0 out of 5 starslot of wafflingBy helen jennings on 1 Jun. 2015Boring read needs to get down to business of the bookso it seems not a excellent books but you can decide by yourself!
