Sum Nung Wing Chun kung fu Introduction – Chineseaka Yuen Kay San Wing ChunYup!  It’s in Chinese!  I don’t speak the language either, but found that it was easy enough to follow the demonstrations. I dig the foreign language productions because it feels like I’m getting the information straight from the origin.  Thankfully, I learned a thing or two.  This is a mainland lineage of Wing Chun kung fu, not the Yip Man mainstream lineage.  The information is useful no matter what lineage of Wing Chun that you study.  The video is broken into 16 chapters.  The earlier chapters are slow moving demonstrating forms, while the latter chapters demonstrate man-to-man drills and chi sao.If you find this useful, drop some feedbacks.
