Description
Certified instructor description: A “classic” aero/tone Firm workout. Released in 1988, it’s the second video in the original series. Led by Janet Jones-Gretzky, this has a slightly “dancier” feel than the first “Body Sculpting Basics” program. The workout begins with a choreographed “cardio” segment that uses light dumbbells to boost the intensity (while adding a definite toning element). The moves are primarily low-impact, but they also incorporate some higher-impact routines. The toning section is mostly floorwork — a well-sequenced medley of traditional exercises including push-ups, leg lifts, hydrants and abdominal curls.
