Description
In this 40 minute heat building sequence you will alternate between upper body and lower body postures designed to give you a well rounded practice in a short amount of time. You will also work the core and enjoy a few sweet stretches and long holds.Caley AlyssaI practice to stay connected to my body, my mind, my community, and to stay inspired as a teacher. I teach because I hope to provide a space for others to feel the way my practice has made me feel: supported, nutured, challenged, empowered, and confident! Happy people = a happy world.
