If you feel like doing so, I strongly recommend The Ultimate Yogi.Keep in mind, every yoga teacher has their own style, they may not all fit yours, just try them out and don’t get discouraged.Michelle Goldstein: Hamstring Flow (60 Minutes)About the instructor:Michelle leads workshops, immersions & retreats worldwide as well as teaching at Santa Monica Power Yoga & Equinox Fitness Clubs. She has studied with many inspiring teachers, among them Bryan Kest, Annie Carpenter, Max Strom, Jerome Mercier and Erich Schiffman.Known for her creative vinyasas (sequences of yoga asana) and pranayama, Michelle Goldsteins teaching integrates influences from various forms of movement and meditation.Source: UdayaOne of my favorite instructors. She has sessions dealing with the muscles most need to work on. Talks a bit much, but usually to explain yoga and yoga concepts.About the class:45 minutes of rigorous yoga flow practice & 15 minutes of cool-down/floor stretches with an emphasis on stretching the hamstrings & backs of the legs.Source: UdayaSince you all obviously immediately went out and did my previous upload, your hips are now open, so we move on to an hour of hamstring work, get those dealt with as well.Mostly slow pace, a few minutes of flowing. Simple poses, but you’ll really wish gravity was a bit more cooperative. Some balance work too, which may or may not be easy. For me, my balance depends on the day and what I had for lunch. Finally, if you can do the splits, you have my admiration.Decent session, varied enough to count as a day’s class, unless you’re looking for cardio.Level: IntermediateVideo: x264-Main@L4; 1280*720 (16:9); 1498 Kbps; 23.976 fpsAudio: AAC-LC; 160 Kbps; 2 Ch; 48.0 Khz
