The first file is from RJ: it involves saying the vowels a,e,i,o,u, and please……I looped it for 30 minutes so that your voice can get a good chance to get use to saying the vowels exactly how he says it. Try to aim for 15 mins minimum to 30 mins maximum.( personally I do it for 60 minutes each day.)Don’t expect fast results it takes time. Just like working out your body takes time so does developing your voice.The second file is from Roger love which will help you to have a wider vocal range which is very helpful for developing more resonance in your chest.And the last file is a Tibetan chant which is really the icing on the cake. Do this for 15 minutes minimum to 30 minutes max or more.I know the times to do these exercises may be to long but its well worth it. don’t try and do all of them in one day that would be overkill. I would recommend that you Pick one try it for a month and go to the next one for a month…ect.Tip: I recommend: Vowels 1 month > Roger Love 1 Month > Tibetan Chant 1 Month.If you have any questions let me know.
