The Zumba® Academy provides many opportunities for fitness and dance instructors to learn how to teach Zumba classes. New students and aspiring first-time instructors are also welcome to begin their teaching journey with the Zumba program.Anyone interested in becoming a Zumba Instructor must attend a Zumba Instructor Training course, and then must keep their instructor license current through a variety of courses offered by the Zumba Academy, or by joining the Zumba® Instructor Network (ZIN™).The first step in becoming a Zumba Instructor is to attend one of these introductory courses: Zumba® Basic Steps Level 1 – this is uploaded here: ® BASIC 2This course is now packed with more content and flavor than ever: Learn six more rhythms (belly dance, flamenco, tango, samba, plus two new high-intensity rhythms, soca and quebradita) while reinforcing the Zumba® formula in an easy, effective class for everyone. You’ll also learn advanced dance-fitness techniques like music fusion and stylistic separation, network and share choreography with the most dedicated and knowledgeable instructors, and spend time enhancing your professional skills.
